Easter is coming! This is a picture that makes me laugh- Dustin stealing Easter Eggs from a 2 year old! He takes the Easter Egg hunt pretty seriously! I am ready for some pretty spring days!

Day 11

I guess I am thinking alot about Dustin. I do miss him, and he always made me smile. This is Dustin getting ready to go Golfing! Thats a pocket watch he is looking at and the clubs were from a local thrift store (as is the attire that he wears!) Never a dull moment when Dustin was home!

Day 10

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I picked this one because we are both wearing green! This was taken the day we did Dustin's Senior pictures in 2008. We did have a fun time taking pictures in the woods! I miss the boy... Check out his blog to see what he is up to. I update his blog every Tuesday with the email he sends.

Day 7

This is one of my favorites of my girls! They once roadtripped to places north and had lunch in Chicago. They were young and carefree, now they are responsible adults with children of their own. Now they can worry when their daughters decide to roadtrip and have lunch in Chicago! P.S. Kevin and I had a great weekend in Dallas at our neices wedding. Mary was a beautiful bride and the reception was a great success! Good job Mike and Cheryl!

Day 5

Kortney stole my next picture. I will give more examples of getting my 3 lovely children to cooperate for pictures. Here is the day Kortney got married... And when Kendra got married...
All I ever asked for was one "nice" picture! (there are many more of these picures! :) )

Day 4

What a trip this was! Dustin and cousins Mary and Sean driving through Yellowstone! Mary is getting married this Saturday! She is all grown up now. We are heading to Dallas for the wedding! This picture does make me smile. There is a few good stories about this trip and a very funny video in the archives somewhere, and an unforgettable song that Dustin and Sean made up... "I want to see an animal..." Ha Ha. Good times!

Day 2

An Oldie but a goodie! Taken in 1966 I think! I am in the blue polka dot dress. Donna is in the Pink. She sure looks like Harper! My mother really had her hands full with us! Once I put Donna in the dryer because she was wet. I actually closed the door and turned it on. My mother was NOT very happy with me.

Joining the fun!

30 Day Photo Challenge- Kortney started it on her blog and I like the idea. For 30 days I will post a picture or two that makes me smile and let you know why it makes me smile! This one is Kortney and Ben in St. Louis the week that they got engaged! (4 years ago!) They now have a very cute, trouble making 2 year old and #2 on the way! They are happy and it was a good match! (see Kortney's blog) This picture was taken on a fun day that we spent in St. Louis with Kevin and I and Ben and Kortney. We did tourist stuff and Kortney was a bit grumpy because she was ready for Ben to propose, but he had his own timeline. I still smile when I think of that day.

This is another picture that makes me smile. Dustin and his best buddy Owen at Dustins suprise 17th birthday party. (sorry it's blurred) Dustin always struck this pose for pictures and still does sometimes. He was a fun kid! I miss him alot, but he is doing well on the mission (see Dustin's blog for his continuing mission stories)..

And here is my last one for today- Kendra and Nathan. This was taken back when they were dating and they came to visit us in Branson. Now they are married and have the cutest baby girl! We had a great week when they were here and really look forward to their next visit... More to come...
